Hi, I’m Shane.
With over two decades of experience in real estate and lending, Shane brings a rare depth of knowledge to the notary signing process—from loan origination to final signature. He’s spent two years processing loans, another two originating them, and has held a real estate license for 19 years, including the past 8 as a licensed broker. Throughout his entire career, Shane has maintained a spotless record—something he takes great pride in.
Shane also served as the Technology Director for the most profitable real estate brokerage in the world, helping agents leverage systems to better serve their clients. That role sharpened his eye for efficiency and reinforced his commitment to doing things right, the first time.
He understands that closing day isn’t just another appointment—it’s the final step in a journey that carries deep personal and financial weight. Shane is known for guiding signers through complex documents with clarity, professionalism, and care.
